Residensi Kirana is a "Residensi Wilayah"-status project due to the attractive pricing of projects under this initiative, interested buyers will first need to be eligible before applying to buy:
- Malaysian citizens, 21 years old and above
- Currently working or living in Wilayah Persekutuan KL
- Priority given to first-time property buyers
- Household income:
Married couples – not more than RM15,000 per month
Individual (unmarried) – not more than RM10,000 per month - Only one offer per household (head of household)
- Applicants are not allowed to sell their unit or transfer ownership within 10 years after the purchase without prior consent from the government, except to heirs (e.g. spouse or children)
- Applicants must not have been declared insolvent before
